J ob Title : Temporary 3rd Shift Metal Worker
Location : South Bend
Position Type : Temporary / hire
Shift : Sunday to Thursday, 8 : 30pm - 5 : 00am
Hourly Rate : $18 / hour $1.50 shift differential
Description : We are currently seeking two temporary employees for our 3rd shift operations. The ideal candidates will have experience with metal sawing or metals, and possess the ability to become qualified on a forklift.
This position offers the opportunity for temporary-to-permanent employment for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment.
Responsibilities :
Operate metal saw equipment in accordance with safety protocols and company standards.
Perform tasks related to metals processing, including cutting, shaping, and finishing.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to production schedules.
Requirements :
Previous experience with metal sawing or metals processing preferred.
Ability to become qualified on a forklift.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday, 8 : 30pm - 5 : 00am).
